To set a Kocos Modem for Passive APN mode (listen on port 5000) SMS:

GPRS /e:1 /apn:APN NAME
NET /i:1 /m:0 /h:APN SERVER IP /p:5000 /sid:2 /ito:300 /rto:60 /e:1
SAVE
RST

Set the modem up as a Generic APN Modem on Port 5000 with the sim card IP address
