Hi, I installed the new tariffs, & certified them but the system does not want OK the meters. pls advice.

@nm: Before OK-ing the meters, an audit is done. If the audit fails, the data is still not marked valid. An audit is simply comparing totals to profile. You can fix audit problems under Edit->Meter Totals. See my previous post in this thread for a link to an explanation on the audit process.

if you get this error message:
This configuration has not been checked!
Select the Tariff, then
go to Edit->Tariff Periods and make sure there are periods loaded that cover the range for which you want to run a bill
then go to Tools->Check Tariff Validity and click check.
