Some VeryCo single phase meters, specifically units produced in 2023 and before April 2024, may have a known limitation related to the 4G modem firmware. In a small number of these meters, the firmware does not support voltage (phasor) data reading.

This affects only a limited batch and does not impact the accuracy of measurements or the core functionality of the meter. As such, normal meter operations continue as expected.

If you are unable to read voltage data from your meter, it is likely that the device is running an older firmware version.
