vset: all values with the same number belong to the same value
maxdate: yes, it is the date and time of the last data.
vsetvalue: this part contains the description of the columns and the id in this section is referred to as valueid in the next section

What does the following (fieldnames) mean/refer to?
e1 - absolute forward active energy (kWh)
f1 - absolute forward reactive energy with lagging pf (kvarh)
e2 - absolute reverse active energy (kWh)
f3 - absolute reverse reactive energy with lagging pf (kvarh)
f2 - absolute reverse reactive energy with leading pf (kvarh)
status - typically a 6 digit code with a digit for each of the 6 total registers. 3 is read from meter and 9 is manual read. The description is at the bottom of the Edit->Meter Totals screen.
e1reading - same as e1, but before multiplications. So if the meter did not apply the CT ratio to the data, then this total would be before CT.
f1reading - same as f1
temp - date the total was actually inserted into the DB
