For profile:
For billing basic IBT you typically need to profile 1.8.0 (or 1.5.0).
For billing basic IBT and NET you typically need to profile 1.8.0 (or 1.5.0) and 2.8.0 (or 2.5.0).
For billing TOU and Demand you typically need to profile 1.8.0 (or 1.5.0) and 5.8.0 (or 5.5.0).
For full 4 quadrant metering you need to profile 1.8.0, 2.8.0 and 5.8.0 to 8.8.0.
