Comms setup on the meter: 1)?Serial Port Baud Rate to be = 9600 baud 2)?Serial Port Configuration to be = 8,None,1 3)?Communication Turn-around Time to be = 200ms Modem setup is 'KoCos Elster Modem' as in PNPSCADA But yet comms failure. Can anyone help?
