To capture manual readings go to Edit->Meter Totals

To capture manual readings in bulk, go to Tools->Bulk Capture Manual Readings.
There is a upload at the bottom.

To capture manual kWh and kVA readings in bulk, go to Tools->Bulk Capture Manual Electricity Readings.

To capture manual kVA readings in bulk for previous months, go to Tools->Bulk Capture Manual Electricity Readings.

To capture manual readings and upload photos in bulk, go to Tools->Total Validation.
