Hi mato, the system itself does not generate tokens.
We integrate with Vending Systems that generate tokens.
Our system takes the token generated by the vending system and sends it to the meter.

Here is an example of one STS Vending System that we have integrated with: https://www.prism.co.za/
You register an account with them.
Each meter is programmed with a Supply Group Code (SGC).
They will provide you with a device that can vend tokens.
You then have to get the Organization who's SGC is currently on the meter to load their SGC and encryption keys onto your device.
Then you can generate a clear tamper token.

Alternatively you get an SGC from PRISM.
You then have to get the Organization who's SGC is currently on the meter to generate a token to move the meter to your SGC.
From there you can use your own device and SGC to create clear tamper tokens.

Alternatively, you can get the Organization who's SGC is currently on the meter to generate a clear tamper token for you and then you can send it to the meter under Edit->STS Smart Prepaid Meter.
