Yes, the ach on the keypad was apparently because the keypad and the meter were not paired.

so they have to properly pair the keypad to the meter, and then they can retry the 3 digit codes to find the reason for the breaker to be off.

If they do not have a paired keypad, how did they do the install 3 digit code?

And on the Linyang, we record the Credit register as a Billing Register, so if you switch that on for the meter on Advanced Meter Settings, it can be read and displayed.

We inputted '008' and the response was just '0000'
