This is the first time I am going to be using an RTU unit and am needing some guidance on it. I have read through the manual etc but just want to know with regards to connecting my optical eye to the RTU unit. The connections at the RTU is a "dry contact" whereas I have a KoCos optical eye with a USB connection. Can I get a female usb connection and connect that to my male usb and then cut off the other end of the female and connect to my RTU? Will this work?
