Good day

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request your assistance with setting up an SGC (Supplier Group Code) and STS (Service Type Schedule) registration for the Western Cape region. we intend to use PRISM as our token issuing system and easypay for payments

Could you please provide guidance on the necessary steps and documentation required for this process? Additionally, if there are any specific procedures or contacts within the Western Cape region that I should be aware of, I would greatly appreciate your advice.

Thank you in advance for your support. I look forward to your response

We usually advise people to buy their PRISM devices from Zazoo (collinc@zazooltd.com  +27 31 267 5521), and they can also help you to apply for an SGC from the KMC (Eskom), and give advice on which forms to fill in, the general procedure etc.  Talk to Collin or Shawn?o?Neill, they should be able to help you.

We can interface from pnpscada to your PRISM system via the web api (we have a copy of TsmWeb that we?re allowed to give you, it is an accredited STS vending system by Zazoo - tsmweb would typically be installed on your own Windows PC), we also support the Thrift API.

We do not sell an STS vending system ourselves. We interface to other STS vending systems.
