This is the spec they have on the meter

I am worried the load profile 1.8.0 is set to read daily and not 30 minute intervals

yes, that would be a problem

are you reading them through internal GPRS modems?

on Advanced Meter Settings for the Sanxing, there is a checkbox called 'Program profile columns. Warning! All profile will be cleared!'. If you check that, the next time we try to read the meter, it will attempt to reprogram the profile settings

You can try that if you want, or you can manually program it.

No, the load profile 1 is not set to daily, it is set to 30 minutes. It is load profile 2 that is set to daily. So it should be fine, except those are the wrong columns.

yes sorry I was helping a customer on the phone

I will try this one first

okay the meter is on my table, let me try it and let you know

load profile 1 is 1.7.0, will this be fine? We would like to see the remaining credit is it not on 1.8.0?

no, 1.7.0 is not fine

1.8.0 is the import energy

remaining credit is at different places for different meters

credit channel for Sanxing is 0.0.96.60.39.255

what does it say in the meter read log?

ok, I see there was a problem with the comms, but you tried twice again after that, and it says no profile, that is because a half hour has not elapsed yet

wait for the end of the half hour and try again

okay will do

Is it maybe because its not connected to any load?

No, that's not it. When you reprogrammed the profile columns, it cleared the profile. There is no profile in the meter currently, you must wait for the end of at least one half hour for the meter to write any records into the profile datalog.
