I extracted the meter list from the MDUS and found more meters on the MDUS compared to SAP, I want to know hoe do you compare the information?
There is some meters with 0 registers in SAP and some which has a summation relation which makes sense
Do we use the registers to identify active and non-active devices?
Will it be possible to create SAP accounts for devices that is installed on my list vs the devices on MDUS

I don't think PNPSCADA does much when a meter is 'unactivated' by SAP.... but I can go check: what message does SAP send when a meter is de-activated? The list of SAP meters on MDUS can be downloaded from the Meter Reading screen (a csv download); it also contains information about the defined registers (how many of them there are) and other information
Sorry, I don't understand the context of the question?

No there is no messages sent to MDUS when a meter is de-activated
The one device I highlighted in the spread-sheet I sent yesterday has no SAP account on MDUS, must we recreate the device on our side or can you create the SAP account on MDUS?
The spread-sheet has the necessary information i.e. equipment number

The problem is usually with the Registers. I don't have enough information on PNPSCADA to be able to recreate all 12 registers with their unique numbers. SAP creates a unique number over all registers and meters for every register of every meter, and this must match up with the reading requests.
Therefore, you need to recreate it on SAP using the correct screen, where it assigns all 12 correct registers to it, and then SAP will send the corresponding Create messages for the registers to PNPSCADA as well. If you use the wrong mechanism or screen, you might create a meter with 0 registers, lol
