Good day
The Power Factor on the Profilograph screen displays 1.0 But the measured Pf is 0.8.
On the Phazor Graph it also displays 0.8.
Please assist.

This usually indicates that Q1 or Import kvar is not logged on the meter.
So the Profile is not indicating the 30min interval kvar the average Pf can not be calculated.
To get it working again please activate 30min interval logging of Import kvar on the meter.
See the example for changing this on an elster A1700 meter.
Please Make shore all the boxes are ticked as shown on the example in the Load Profiling Directory.
