This is a good 4 wire connection.
With some aircon units and elements connected.


We recommend swapping all the CT S1-2 Polarities at the meter, then changing the Red with the Blue and then after that the Blue with the White CT meter connection.
I say this because I was informed that the customer do not have a capacitive load on site nor feeding reactive power to the grid.

This is a very good example of a 3 wire connection as displayed in PNP


Change the Blue CT meter connections as is with the Red CT meter connections.
Then Swap the S1-2 of the Red CT meter connection.

It is critical to inspect the Phasor Graphs after a Meter Installation.
