What kind of Quality Management Plan (QMP) is there generally for the system?

HES/ MDMS QMP:
Are the HES servers running?
Browse it in a web browser. If it is possible, the HES is running. If not, log in with ssh and see why not.
Log in. Does it display properly? If so the DB component is also running. If not, log in with ssh and see why not.
Check performance with the Server Dashboard page, and raise a call if it doesn't perform well.
Are the meter readings up to date?
Is it possible to read one meter of each architecture (e.g. NB-IoT and LoRaWAN), with an up to date reading (for today), and is the reading demonstrably the same as the manual reading of the meter in the field (cannot be zero). (Ideally this reading should be changing, and it should be confirmed with a Manual reading on 2 different days). This meter may be in a lab, it doesn't have to be in the field. It confirms that the software is working under ideal conditions.
Monitor the Problem Meter List every day, to see which meters are not calling in, and then troubleshoot from there (e.g. send technicians to site and fix it). This is a process that must be continuously done, like brushing your teeth. Especially during the initial roll-out, but also afterwards.
Are the readings pulling into the billing system correctly?
If we work from flat files, a Monthly Bill Run must be done on the system (as trained), every month after sufficient meters have called in, and then a Bill Export must be done on the Monthly Bill, creating the flat file. This flat file may be checked by the client if he so wishes (I think they have such a process at the moment?). Import the flat file into the billing system (e.g. SAP ) If we work direct with SAP AMI, readings are given into SAP automatically, so you won't have to run the bills on the HES or MDMS if that is the case. Readings are compared directly between SAP and the field (manual readings).
Bills are generated for the customer in the billing system (e.g. SAP). Check a few bills against the manual readings of the meters, and confirm that the readings pull through fine (must be changing, and non zero, for a valid Quality check). (Billing systems e.g. SAP also generally has its own Quality checks it does at this time even before generating the bills: get any exceptions raised by the billing system e.g. SAP and compare it with the physical manual reading and the automatic reading in the HES and MDMS, to see that they are the same)
Continue to monitor the bills every month as per above.
