How can I receive notifications by email when a meter does not call in?

@wicus, what needs to happen is under Edit->Role Notifications, you need to enable the 'Meter did not call in' notification.
Then, as @marinus was pointing out in his very cryptic screenshot, you need to go to Tools->Acquire Times and against the time where you want a list of all the meters that have not yet read (let say 8:00), set that to the entry 'None'. I think 'Stop Reading Non-CSD points' also work.
