set GPRS modem work mode to GPRS_SMS_Mode

set GPRS modem remote IP to your server's IP (196.22.139.148 for our central server Adam)

set GPRS modem remote port to the port number that was allocated to your Generic Active GPRS modem when you added it. Typically in the range 13000-15000.
