Yes, your setting is wrong, right? So did you change the setting to connect to port 2245 instead of 2246?
(eventually we figured out, the IP was actually wrong. After checking that all push objects was selected, that the only push connectivity was 'on connection' and not any of the others, and that the APN was right)
