Help, my Telbit concentrator is switched on, but it doesn't seem to be connecting to the internet. My Huawei stick's blue light is not coming on.

Well, see if you can ping www.google.com
If not, perhaps you need to run ./init3g.sh
That should use sakis3g to connect you to the internet
And then, try to connect to the server from the command line via something like
nc -vv 196.22.139.148 2238
If that can connect, the Java program should be connecting.

Presume it can see it. You need to add the entity of the concentrator on PNPSCADA. Like this:
Add New->Concentrators->Telbit Data Collector
Then put the ID in, that is important, it should be something like 32100000614 and click finish.
(if you're not on Adam, you might want to cycle the power on your Telbit concentrator, so that it can find the server you've created it on. It does that when it connects)
Once the Concentrator ID exists, you can configure it further at:
Tools->Telbit Concentrator
On there, click on
List Meters
That will take some time to explore the meters in the vicinity of the concentrator. If it fails, or has strange results, or doesn't find the meter you expected, try again after 11-22 minutes?
Next to the meter serial number on the list is a link you can click to add the meter.
