When capturing a manual total, if there was zero consumption since the previous total (meaning the total is the same as the previous one),
we do not interpolate profile between the two dates.
If the Virtual Meter is set for profile (Edit->Advanced Meter Settings->Sets to read->Profile), you should then see on the Edit->Meter Details
screen, 2 dates under Read in up to date and time:
1) The date up to where we have interpolated
2) The date up to where we have not interpolated
To resolve this, you can either:
1) capture profile, instead of totals
2) Untick Edit->Advanced Meter Settings->Sets to read->Profile, and re-capture the total
Also, if this meter is part of a Summation Meter, you would want to go to Communication Monitor and read profile again,
(or wait 30 minutes for the acquisition thread to do it for you), before running a bill
